Permanent Stress Relief is exactly as it sounds. A course designed to provide tools that, if you chose to practice and use them, have the very real possibility of completely shifting your relationship not only with stress, but with life itself. The tools (which center around a meditation & mindfulness practice) have been clinically proven to reduce stress, fatigue, depression and anxiety in relatively short time without any previous experience or specialized training. Over the course of 5 group sessions (taught remotely and in person) you will learn these tools and how to apply them to your life. The sessions are up to 90 minutes long (some may be shorter or longer depending on group discussions). This course consists of lecture, coaching, group conversation, optional journaling and a daily personal practice.
