Flourish - A Poly, Kinky, Queer Coaching Program

Are you ready to challenge the status quo?

Join us for a journey to freedom and authenticity in a supportive, co-created environment that celebrates who you are. 

Flourish is a 3-month coaching program that includes:

  • 6 group coaching calls that dive into sacred sexuality concepts and embodiment

  • 5 individual coaching calls with an enthusiastic, supportive coach

  • A members-only area with resources and information in between calls

  • Like-minded community for growth-oriented, experiential integration

Group Coaching

Every group call will be centered on different topics, to encourage discussion, understanding, and the expansion of our perspectives as individuals and as a collective. Group topics include community, acceptance, overcoming limiting beliefs, communication skills, clarity around desires/fears/boundaries, and how to design the relationships that you desire. We’ll be exploring polarities and diving deep into creations and completions, light and shadow, surrender and empowerment, penetrative and receptive energies, and trauma and pleasure.

Individual Coaching

Each of us is our greatest asset. Given that, offering a safe space for you to focus on yourself is a top priority. Our team of coaches will support you on creating personal goals to enhance your health and communication, as you elevate in relationships and sexuality.  These sessions are intended to allow the fullness of your individual experience and expression to come forward.

Resources

You’ll learn new tools and gather resources to support you in deepening your awareness and acceptance of yourself as well as your understanding of how you relate to and with others. We will have a Members only area where we will be sharing information and resources in between calls.

There is a beautiful blossom of self-expression, freedom, and sexuality waiting to bloom inside of each of us. Flourish is here to help you unfurl every petal. Whether you are poly, kinky, queer, or a combination of all of those, you will feel right at home with our panel of insightful teachers and chosen community. Hz Healing sound bath series

Hz Healing is a purposeful blend of guided meditation & sound healing using a set of crystal singing bowls. The seven bowls ring at the seven notes of the musical scale which also correspond to the seven chakras of the body. In this 5 week series, Colleen Gallick will actively guide our minds to a point of introspection and understanding through meditation then passively explore the healing frequencies of the seven bowls while resting lying down. This practice of balancing of our body’s energy one chakra at a time leads to an alignment of body, mind, and superconsciousness that you can incorporate into your life off your mat.

Of course we are always breathing throughout our day without even thinking about it (an AMAZING function of our human body), but commonly as a collective those breaths are shallow, short and unconscious. Have you ever given yourself the opportunity to mindfully be a participant in your breath for a long period of time? During this deep dive into ourselves, we will practice a few different breathing techniques that will allow you to leave feeling alive, relaxed and profoundly connected & grateful for your body. Chakras are a term that some may find intimidating, but truthfully the definition is just "wheels of energy". When we are knowledgeable about the energy centers running through our bodies, we can better be aware of any blockages we may experience. In our time together we will learn about each of the seven main chakras running through the center of our bodies, as well as ways to check in and see if they are balanced. We will spend time exploring techniques to clear out any stagnant energy and return to vitality in the body, mind and soul. You will leave our workshop empowered to affirm your health and well-being in any moment you notice a misalignment!
