Breath is so important to our well-being. In fact, it is the indicator of life itself. Of course we are always breathing throughout our day without even thinking about it (an AMAZING function of our human body), but commonly as a collective those breaths are shallow, short and unconscious. Have you ever given yourself the opportunity to mindfully be a participant in your breath for a long period of time? During this deep dive into ourselves, we will practice a few different breathing techniques that will allow you to leave feeling alive, relaxed and profoundly connected & grateful for your body. The styles of breath we will try on will include box breathing, nadi shodhana, three part breath and more! Come unite and breathe life into our community.
